Information is used to process purchases, provide download access, answer support questions, handle refunds or delivery issues, send requested updates, prevent misuse, and maintain accurate business records. AIVYA does not sell personal information as a product.

Payment and account handling

Payments are processed through Razorpay. After server-side verification, AIVYA provides a time-limited private download link and a branded confirmation page. AIVYA does not ask customers to send card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or banking credentials by email.
