AIVYA products are digital products. No physical shipping is included unless a specific product listing expressly says otherwise.

Instant digital delivery

After a successful purchase, Razorpay confirms the payment and AIVYA provides a time-limited private download link on the confirmation page. AIVYA does not expose paid PDFs in the public website. Delivery timing can be affected by payment verification, email-provider delays, spam filtering, outages, or incorrect buyer information.

If you cannot find your files

1. Check the purchase email, spam, promotions, and updates folders.
2. Use the secure download link shown on the AIVYA confirmation page.
3. Confirm that the purchase email matches the email used at checkout.
4. Contact officialAIVYA@gmail.com with the order ID and purchase email.

What is included

Each product listing states whether the purchase includes a PDF ebook, workbook, templates, or other resources. AIVYA does not silently substitute a different product. If a matching workbook is advertised but missing, contact support so the order can be checked.

Access and security

Download links and customer libraries are intended for the purchasing customer or authorised internal use. Do not publish, mirror, resell, or share buyer-only access links. AIVYA can help with legitimate access recovery but cannot guarantee that a file copied by a customer can be made technically impossible to reproduce.
