These terms govern access to the AIVYA storefront and digital learning products. By browsing, purchasing, downloading, or using an AIVYA product, you agree to use the service lawfully and respect the product licence.

Educational purpose

AIVYA provides educational guides, exercises, templates, and practical systems. They are not legal, medical, tax, investment, financial, employment, or professional advice. AIVYA does not guarantee income, clients, employment, savings, business growth, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s skills, effort, decisions, market, timing, and circumstances.

Personal and internal-use licence

After a valid purchase, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the product for personal learning or legitimate internal use. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, upload, mirror, share buyer-only links, remove AIVYA branding, repackage, or substantially reproduce the product or its templates.

Accounts and access

Where Payhip customer accounts are available, the buyer is responsible for using an accurate email address and protecting account access. Do not request or send passwords, card details or security codes to AIVYA support. Razorpay and email services may apply their own terms.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews should reflect a genuine customer experience. AIVYA may moderate submissions for relevance, privacy, abuse, impersonation, or unsupported claims. Do not submit another person’s name, image, or words without permission.

Intellectual property and brand use

AIVYA owns or lawfully uses the content, layouts, wording, graphics, product names, and supplied brand assets in the catalogue unless a listing says otherwise. The AIVYA seal is a visual brand identifier. It should not be represented as proof of a government patent, trademark registration, certification, or endorsement without verified registration details.

Service changes and contact
